For the coleslaw, halve the cabbage, quarter it and finely slice 2 quarters with a sharp knife, or grate using a food processor. Mix with the salt and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Cut the corn cobs into quarters lengthwise with a sharp serrated knife. Mix the oil with the BBQ Allrounder, brush all over the cobs and set aside to marinate.

For the salad dressing, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and Garlic Pepper.

Press the cabbage thoroughly after 30 minutes and pour away the excess liquid. Peel and grate the carrots, finely dice the onion and add to the cabbage. Then mix everything with the dressing and place in the fridge for an hour.

After 15 minutes, heat the grill to 200°C. Grill the corn on the cob on all sides and brush again with a little marinade after grilling if necessary. Serve with the coleslaw.
