400 ml

tonic water
2 handfuls

of ice cubes

Method

Pour the coffee into 2 glasses and stir in the coffee kiss. Wash the orange, dry it and roughly grate the peel. Add the zest and the ice cubes and top up the coffee with the tonic water.

Tip: If you like the Cold Brew Tonic Coffee sweeter, you can add some date syrup or agave syrup.

Tip: For a Cold Brew Coffee, simply mix the coffee powder with water and leave it covered in the refrigerator to steep for at least 12 hours. Then filter and process as described in the recipe.
