Scoop the double cream into a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until stiff.

Dissolve the instant coffee in a small amount of hot water and leave to cool.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a separate bowl, add the cooled instant coffee, Coffee Kiss and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Carefully fold the cream into the coffee mixture until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into a freezer-proof container and smooth out to the edges. Cover with a lid or cling film and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight until the ice cream is firm. Stir the mixture thoroughly every half hour for the first few hours to prevent ice crystals from forming.

Remove the coffee ice cream from the freezer 10 minutes before serving to make it easier to scoop.

Sprinkle the ice cream with a little extra Coffee Kiss to taste and serve.
