Peel the potatoes and cut them into approx. 0.2 cm thin slices. Then peel the onions, halve them and also cut them into thin rings.

Heat the olive oil in a pan (approx. 24 cm) and fry the onions in the oil for approx. 4 minutes. Remove the onions and then fry the potatoes in the same pan over a medium heat for about 5 minutes.

After the 5 minutes, remove the potatoes and pour the remaining oil through a sieve into another container. Pour 4 tbsp of the oil back into the pan and store the remaining oil in the fridge for later use.

Next, beat the eggs in a large bowl with the Scrambled Egg Seasoning. Add the potatoes and onions and mix well. Pour the mixture into the pan and fry over a medium heat for about 8 minutes. After the 8 minutes, turn the tortilla over using a flat plate and cook for another 5 minutes.

Turn out the finished tortilla and cut into cake pieces.
