    rapeseed oil
  • 500 g
    mince
  • 500 ml
    passata
  • For the bechamel sauce:

  • 25 g
    butter
  • 15 g
    plain flour
  • 300 ml
    milk
  • 70 g
    cream cheese
  • For the cannelloni:

  • 250 g
    cannelloni
  • 70 g
    parmesan
  • Handful
    basil

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Sauté the onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until brown and crispy. Add half of the tomatoes and season with Pasta Allrounder. Simmer for around 10 minutes, then allow to cool slightly.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In the meantime, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in the flour before gradually adding the milk while stirring continuously. Simmer for around 2 minutes stirring continuously and then stir in the cream cheese.

Pour the rest of the tomato sauce in a casserole dish. Fill the cannelloni with the beef mince and arrange in the dish.

Pour over half of the cheese sauce, then add another layer of cannelloni and sauce. Finally, grate the parmesan and sprinkle over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for around 25 minutes.

Garnish the cannelloni bake with fresh basil and serve.
