Peel the apples and cut into quarters, removing the core. Chop into bite-sized cubes.

Heat the agave in a pan and fry the apples for a couple of minutes until caramelised. Add the pistachios and stir through. Set aside.

Add the rolled oats, almond milk and 4 pinches of Apple Cinnamon Porridge Spice to a pan and bring to the boil while stirring continuously. Turn down the heat and simmer for about 6 minutes.

Divide the porridge between two bowls and garnish with the caramelised apples and a pinch of Apple Cinnamon Porridge Spice on each.
