    oats
  • 50 g
    coconut flakes
  • 100 g
    coconut chips
  • 100 g
    salted peanuts
  • 50 g
    chia seeds
  • 50 g
    cocoa nibs
  • 150 g
    freeze-dried berries (strawberries, raspberries)
  • 50 g
    dried apple
  • 2 tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp
    agave syrup

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).

Melt the coconut oil with the agave syrup in a pan. Add the remaining ingredients except the berries to a large bowl, pour over the coconut oil and agave syrup, and mix well.

Tip the granola mixture out onto a baking tray, spread out, and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Give everything a good stir around halfway through the cooking time.

After 15 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the finished granola to cool with the door slightly ajar.

Once cool, mix in the berries and transfer everything to a large resealable jar.

The granola will keep for about 3 months.
