    yoghurt or plant-based yoghurt alternative

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Drain and rinse the chickpeas through a sieve.

Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over a medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes until translucent. Add the Indian Allrounder and sauté for another minute. Add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt. Then simmer for about 10 minutes until the tomatoes have thickened noticeably.

Add the chickpeas and coconut milk and simmer for another 10–15 minutes. Season with salt and the Indian Allrounder if necessary.

Remove the curry from the heat and stir in the lime juice. Serve with rice or naan bread and the yoghurt.


Tip: For a vegan version, the yoghurt can be replaced with a vegan yoghurt alternative.
