Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic.

Wash and deseed the peppers and slice into thin strips.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown all over. Season with the Chicken Seasoning, salt and pepper, and mix well. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté the diced onion and garlic until translucent. Add the red pepper and sauté for 5–7 minutes. Pour in the cream and chicken stock, bring to the boil, and simmer over a medium heat for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan and reheat in the sauce.

Add the drained tagliatelle to the pan and mix well so that the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with freshly chopped chives, and serve.
