    butter
  • 200 ml
    chicken stock
  • 200 ml
    cream
  • 150 g
    Parmesan
  • salt, pepper

Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally. Peel and finely dice the garlic and onion. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken on both sides for 5–6 minutes over a medium heat. Season with salt, pepper and the Chicken Seasoning. Keep warm in the oven at 80°C.

Melt the butter in a deep pan over a medium heat and sauté the garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Deglaze with the chicken stock and add the cream. Add the cooked pasta and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir well every now and then.

Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and fold in together with the parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice the chicken breasts on an angle and serve on top of the pasta.
