Spread the slices of bread with butter.

Finely chop the gherkins and sprinkle over the bread. Season each sandwich with 2 pinches of Sandwich Seasoning.

Add Cheddar to 4 slices of bread and cover with the other slices.

Heat an oiled griddle pan and fry the sandwiches for four minutes on each side over a gentle heat until golden and crispy.

Tip: You can also use a normal frying pan.
