For the avocado dip, halve, pit, peel and roughly dice the avocado.

Put the avocado cubes in a bowl with the olive oil and mash with a fork.

Stir the lime juice through the avocado cream, scrape everything into a serving bowl and top with the Avocado Topping.

Cut the cheese into snack-sized pieces. Cut the salami into slices and arrange on a wooden board with the remaining ingredients.
