1
Preheat the oven to 240°C (top/bottom heat) or fan 220°C.

2
Wash the cauliflower and cut into small florets. In a bowl, mix the rice milk, flour and water thoroughly and season with the Vegetable Allrounder and a pinch of salt.

3
Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter, allowing any excess to drip off, and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast the cauliflower florets in the oven for 10 minutes, turn and cook for another 10 minutes.

4
For the marinade, bring the barbecue sauce, water, tomato puree and Vegetable Allrounder to a boil in a saucepan and allow to simmer for 10 minutes over a medium heat, stirring frequently.

5
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and pile into a large bowl. Pour over the marinade and stir thoroughly to combine. Tip the cauliflower onto a clean baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for another 20 minutes, turning them at the halfway point.

6
In a bowl, stir together the yoghurt, mustard, agave syrup, apple cider vinegar and 2 pinches of salt.

7
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and serve with the dip.
