Cut the chicken into 4 cm chunks. Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, salt and Indian Allrounder. Add the marinade to the chicken and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel, halve and mince the garlic. Wash the chilli pepper and slice into thin rings. Wash the tomatoes and dice into 1 cm cubes.

Heat the oil and 4 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and chilli for about 3 minutes until the onions are translucent. Add the tomato paste, Indian Allrounder and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Deglaze with the white wine vinegar and add the tomatoes, salt and raw cane sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Puree the sauce and strain through a sieve.

In the same pan, heat 4 tbsp butter over a medium heat and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on all sides. Add the sauce and cream and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season as required with the Indian Allrounder and salt.


Tip: The chicken can also be marinated overnight, which intensifies the flavour.
