Wash the Brussels sprouts and slice them thinly.

Scrub the potatoes, then boil until cooked. Slice.

Peel the red onion and cut into thin rings.

Layer the potato slices, Brussels sprouts and onion rings in a raclette pan, top with Raclette cheese, and season with Garlic Pepper.

Melt under the raclette grill until the cheese is perfectly melted and golden.
