    apple juice

  • For the hot dogs:

  • 1 tbsp
    oil
  • 4
    hot dog buns
  • ketchup
  • mayonnaise

Peel the onions, halve them and slice them into half rings. Melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat, add the onions and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the apple cider vinegar and let it bubble for about a minute. Pour in the apple juice, add the Meat Allrounder and fry for another 7 minutes until the juice has boiled away and the onions are slightly creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Fry the sausages in the oil in a grill pan. Cut open the hot dog buns, place the grilled sausages inside, top with glazed onions and serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.

Method
