  • For the Bircher muesli:

  • 2 tbsp
    linseed
  • 100 g
    ground hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp
    sultanas
  • 150 g
    oats
  • 400 ml
    milk or vegan alternative
  • 1
    red apple
  • 50 g
    chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp
    honey or agave syrup
  • 100 g
    yoghurt or vegan alternative

Put the linseed in a bowl with the ground nuts, sultanas and oat flakes. Add 400 ml milk and mix thoroughly. Cover and leave to soak in the fridge for 12 hours or overnight.

When you’re ready to eat, peel the apple and grate it coarsely, add the chopped walnuts and mix everything thoroughly. Finally, stir in the yoghurt and the honey.

Season the berries with the Oatmeal Spice. Divide the Bircher muesli between 4 bowls and top with the nut butter, coconut chips and berries.
