Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat).

Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water and remove any yellow leaves.

Cut off the stalk and halve the Brussels sprouts.

In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, the Vegetable Allrounder and some salt and pepper.

Place the Brussels sprouts in the bowl and toss thoroughly in the glaze so that they are evenly coated.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer.

Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for about 20–25 minutes until tender and deeply caramelised. Turn the Brussels sprouts halfway through.

Leave the Brussels sprouts to cool for a few minutes after roasting, garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve as a side dish.
