󠀰Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat).󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀧󠀥󠀳

󠀰Halve the pizza dough down the middle and roll out each piece slightly thinner with a rolling pin.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀧󠀦󠀳󠀰

Place one half onto a baking tray, cut into a large circle and spread with the cranberry sauce.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀧󠀧󠀳󠀰 Leave a 1 cm border around the edge.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀧󠀨󠀳

Cut the second sheet of pastry into a circle the same size and place it on top of the first sheet.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀧󠀩󠀳󠀰 Press the edges of the dough together well.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀨󠀠󠀳

Put the Camembert into the middle of the pastry, slash a cross in the top of the cheese and open it up slightly, and season with the Feta Seasoning.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀨󠀡󠀳

󠀰Make cuts every 4 cm fanning out around the cheese, going from the centre right to the edge, making 16 equal strips. Then carefully twist two strips away from each other twice, and repeat as you go around the centre.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀨󠀢󠀳󠀰 Brush the dough with the beaten egg.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀨󠀣󠀳

Bake the Camembert star in the oven for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀨󠀤󠀳


Tip: You can use the leftover pizza dough to make mini dough sticks. Brush with melted butter and season with salt and Garlic Pepper, and bake alongside the star. Remove from the oven when golden brown.󠀲󠀢󠀣󠀨󠀥󠀳
