Wash the green beans and cut off the ends. Cut each slice of bacon into two.

Blanch the green beans in boiling water for a couple of minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold running water.

Wrap a slice of bacon around 10 beans and secure with a toothpick. Continue in this way until you have wrapped all the beans.

Add a little oil to the pan, then fry the bacon-wrapped beans over a medium heat until the bacon is golden brown and crispy.

Sprinkle the Garlic Pepper over the beans.

Transfer the beans wrapped in bacon to a serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
