Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and spoon out the flesh.

Puree the pulp of the avocado together with all the other ingredients in a suitable container until you have a smooth mixture. Depending on the consistency and taste, you can add a little more water or lemon juice, and blend everything again.

Pour the finished dressing over your salad, serve and enjoy.
