Heat a griddle pan over a medium heat.

Wash the asparagus, cut off the woody ends and cut diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices.

Fry the asparagus in the preheated griddle pan for 5–7 minutes or until al dente and lightly browned. Set the asparagus aside.

Turn up the heat a little and fry the bacon slices in the same pan. Once it is really crispy, chop the bacon into small pieces.

Tear the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the asparagus, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, onion and bacon in a large bowl.

For the dressing, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard and one teaspoon of Original Salad Topping in a small bowl.

Pour the dressing over the salad, mix everything together carefully and garnish the salad with another teaspoon of Original Salad Topping.
