1
Wash the potatoes, cut them into slices of about 1 cm and then into chips. Put into a colander and rinse thoroughly with water.

2
Bring plenty of water to boil in a large pot. Tip the chips into a bowl and pour the boiling water over them. Leave to soak for about 2 hours, then remove and allow to dry.

3
Mix the sunflower oil with the cornflour and the Chips Seasoning in a bowl. Add the chips and mix thoroughly.

4
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Put the chips into the cooking basket and cook for about 20 minutes. Shake the chips vigorously once or twice during cooking.

5
For the guacamole, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and then use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Place in a bowl and mash finely with the olive oil using a fork.

6
Wash the tomatoes, remove the core and finely dice. Peel, halve and finely dice the onion. Add everything to the avocado and mix thoroughly. Cut the lime in half, squeeze it and add the juice to the guacamole. Season with salt and the Guacamole Seasoning.

7
Remove the chips from the air fryer and place in a large bowl. Add salt to chips as needed and mix thoroughly.

8
Serve the chips immediately with the guacamole.

Air fryer chips

Take it from us: our air fryer chips can definitely hold a candle to their deep-fried equivalents! These chips become really crispy even with little fat in the air fryer. Cut back on calories, but definitely never on taste! Our Chips Seasoning also makes seasoning easy. And while the chips sizzle away in the air fryer, we’ll prepare some delicious guacamole as a dip. Our Guacamole Seasoning is the ideal way to spice up this healthy dipping sauce!
