Air fryer arancini
Arancini are deliciously crispy fried rice balls, here stuffed with a tasty mince filling. Air-frying the arancini eliminates the need for deep frying, making them lighter while still giving you that crunchy exterior. If you don’t have an air fryer, do not panic. The rice balls can be shallow-fried in batches. Our Italian Allrounder is on hand whatever your chosen cooking method to give the arancini that authentic Italian flair.
