To make the best soft-boiled egg, follow these simple steps.
1. Bring a saucepan of water to a rolling boil.
2. Use large eggs at room temperature.
3. Make a tiny hole in one end of the eggs with an egg piercer – this allows the air to escape so your egg won’t crack.
4. Carefully submerge your eggs in the water with a slotted spoon.
5. Set a timer for 5 minutes for the perfect dippy egg.
6. Remove from the water
7. Peel the top and sprinkle with Egg Topping.
