The easiest way to use Chicken Seasoning in a recipe is to mix a spoonful with some olive oil and marinate your chicken pieces in it overnight. This turkey breast recipe calls for a little lemon juice in the marinade for added brightness. Our spicy chicken thighs recipe boosts the marinade further with green chillies, garlic and lime. And this buttermilk marinade is smooth and easy to use in a variety of recipes.

How to use Chicken Seasoning – for a roast

Simply rub Chicken Seasoning over the meat before roasting – or follow our recipe for roast chicken and stir the Chicken Seasoning into melted butter to baste all over the bird. Delicious!

How to use Chicken Seasoning – on something other than chicken

Our Chicken Seasoning contains no chicken! Like all Just Spices products, it is completely vegan and thus suitable for anyone on a plant-based diet. You can use it mixed with oil as a marinade for tofu chunks or other meat alternatives to improve the flavour and spice up your meal!
